New House! (Hopefully)

Hello All! Well, a lot has happened in the few weeks since I last posted. We have found a new house & have officially submitted a bid & had it accepted! We've already had the Home & Termite Inspections. An appraiser has to come out next. We "officially" close on the 28th of August, barring any major setbacks. I will be accepting any & all offers for manual labor, including but not limited to: packing, moving, unpacking, painting, loading a U-Haul (I call driving it =D), ripping out tile & carpet and any other odds & ends. =) I will pay you in beer & food.
